Terms and Conditions
1. Critical Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
HIGH-RISK WARNING
High-Frequency Trading (HFT) involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of financial instruments may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. The RevBot algorithmic trading system executes trades at sub-millisecond speeds; while this can capture micro-inefficiencies, it exponentially amplifies the potential for rapid financial drawdowns during adverse market conditions, flash crashes, or periods of extreme macroeconomic volatility.
RevBot and its developers are NOT financial advisors. The software is provided "AS IS" for execution automation purposes only. By utilizing this software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you assume full and sole responsibility for your trading configurations, risk management parameters, and all resulting financial outcomes.
2. Operational Mechanics of RevBot
RevBot is a proprietary High-Frequency Trading (HFT) algorithmic software designed to interface directly with supported brokerage APIs. The software utilizes direct market access protocols to minimize latency.
What this means for you: You are utilizing a specialized execution engine that acts on your behalf based on quantitative logic. It is not an artificial intelligence that predicts market direction; it is a latency-arbitrage tool that exploits price feed delays.
While RevBot is optimized for sub-millisecond execution on institutional networks (e.g., LD4, CH4), actual execution speeds are contingent upon third-party infrastructure. This includes your Virtual Private Server (VPS) specifications, geographical proximity to exchange servers, and the rate limits imposed by your broker's API. We cannot guarantee specific execution times or profitability.
The algorithms within RevBot operate strictly based on quantitative mathematical models. The system does not account for qualitative market shifts, fundamental news events, or sudden liquidity vacuums unless explicitly defined within your active filter configurations (such as the Velocity Filter).
3. Acceptable Use & Account Violations
To maintain the security, integrity, and exclusivity of the RevBot platform, we strictly enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of these terms will result in immediate, severe consequences without the possibility of refund.
The use, distribution, or creation of cracking software, memory-injection tools, or any circumvention mechanisms designed to bypass KeyAuth licensing or modify RevBot's runtime behavior is a critical violation.
Enforcement: Detection of reverse-engineering tools or unauthorized runtime modifications will trigger an immediate, permanent ban. Your hardware ID (HWID) and IP address will be blacklisted across our entire infrastructure.
Your RevBot subscription and the generated KeyAuth license keys are for your individual use only. Unauthorized use, sharing, reselling, or public distribution of private API keys, public keys, or platform access credentials is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: If simultaneous active sessions are detected from disparate geographical locations, or if your license key is found on public forums, your account will be immediately terminated.
Temporary Suspension: Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are suspended for up to 72 hours while our security team conducts a manual review.
Permanent Termination: If conclusive evidence of a violation is found, the account is permanently terminated. You will be notified via email of the decision.
Appeals: If you believe your account was wrongfully suspended, you may submit a formal appeal to compliance@revbot.one within 14 days of the termination notice. You must provide technical evidence (e.g., VPS access logs) proving the flag was a false positive. Decisions made after an appeal are final.
4. Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the highly specialized, digital nature of algorithmic trading software, our refund policies are exceptionally strict. Please read this section carefully before completing any purchase.
Refunds are explicitly unavailable for any purchases made using our HFT product. All sales are final.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital software license that is instantly delivered and consumed. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time, nor do we offer refunds based on trading performance, lack of profitability, or failure to meet the stated technical system requirements.
Why we enforce this: Once a KeyAuth license is generated and bound to your hardware, the proprietary software is considered "used." Furthermore, because our payments are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency, the financial and operational overhead of reversing immutable blockchain transactions makes processing refunds logistically impossible.
While refunds are not provided, you have the full right to cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the RevBot software until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Log into your RevBot Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Account Details section.
- Select the Billing & History tab.
- Locate your active subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Processing Timeline: Cancellations are processed immediately. You will receive an automated email confirmation within 5 minutes. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact support prior to your next billing date.
5. Explicit Responsibility & Liability Allocation
The Client bears absolute responsibility for configuring the software, defining risk tolerances, determining lot sizes, and monitoring the system's operational status. The Client must pause the system prior to high-impact macroeconomic news releases (e.g., NFP, CPI, FOMC) as stipulated in our HFT Advisory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the RevBot development team, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, severe financial losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) sudden market volatility causing slippage; or (iv) broker-side API outages or rejections.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The RevBot software, including its original code, algorithmic models, UI/UX design, trademarks, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of the RevBot corporate entity and its licensors.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works will result in immediate license termination and potential civil/criminal litigation.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the RevBot corporate entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
